This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from JustLid (“JustLid”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through www.justlid.com or through direct wholesale transactions.
As a wholesale supplier of packaging products, our return policies are structured to reflect the nature of bulk and business-to-business transactions.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk packaging products, returns are limited and subject to review and approval.
We encourage customers to verify specifications, quantities, and compatibility prior to placing orders.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive products that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
You must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Quantity affected
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Upon review and approval, JustLid may, at its discretion:
- Replace the affected products
- Issue a partial credit
- Provide a refund
3. Shipping Damage
If damage is visibly caused during shipping:
- Note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials
- Provide documentation to support the claim
We may require cooperation in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
4. Incorrect Orders
If JustLid ships the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please notify us within 5 business days.
Upon verification, we will:
- Arrange correction
- Replace the product
- Or issue appropriate credit
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-manufactured products
- Special order items
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment.
Once production, packaging, or shipment has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom or bulk production orders may not be cancelled once confirmed.
7. Restocking Fees
If a return is approved for reasons other than defect or error by JustLid, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returned goods must be:
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Refunds or credits will only be issued after verification of condition and eligibility.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit for future wholesale orders
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustLid’s liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Improper storage or misuse after delivery
